1. Policy Overview
At IndiaFilings, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of professional legal and tax services, we have established this policy to manage expectations regarding refunds and cancellations.
2. Government Fees
Non-Refundable Clause
Any fees paid to the Government of India (including but not limited to MCA filing fees, GST registration fees, Stamp Duty, or Trademark challans) are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective department.
3. Professional & Service Fees
Refunds for professional service fees are only considered under the following circumstances:
- If the service has not been initiated within 48 hours of payment.
- If there is a clear error or negligence on the part of IndiaFilings that results in the failure of a filing.
Note: A standard processing fee of 20% will be deducted from the service fee to cover administrative and initial consulting costs incurred by our team.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to payments@indiafilings.com.
- Include your Order ID and a clear reason for the refund request.
- Our accounts team will review the request within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.
5. Cancellation of Service
Customers may choose to cancel their service before any work has commenced. Once a dedicated professional (CA/CS) has been assigned to your case or document collection has started, the service is considered "In-Progress" and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
6. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you decide not to proceed with a business venture after our team has already started the legal research or document preparation for your case.
